Join us in Balclutha for a gentle Mindful Art Workshop, created in collaboration with Colour + Light Gallery and My Inner Palette.
Following the lovely response to our previous workshop, this session offers another opportunity to slow down, pause, and reconnect with yourself through creativity.
Using watercolour, reflection and simple creative practices, we will explore what is within us and discover ways to express it through colour and art.
You will also create a small, non-stitched art journal to take home — a personal space to continue your creative exploration beyond the workshop.
This is not about artistic skill or creating a perfect outcome. It is about slowing down, being curious, and allowing creativity to become a way of connecting with yourself.
No artistic experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
You may experience:
A deeper sense of calm and presence
A gentle opportunity to reconnect with yourself
A more playful and intuitive relationship with colour and creativity
Space for reflection and self-discovery
A little art journal to continue your creative practice at home
Location: Colour + Light Gallery, Balclutha
Date: Sat, 19th September
Time: 2:00–4:00 pm
Investment: $35 per person

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable, as costs will have already been committed.
Where refunds are applicable, any non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in advance.
This workshop requires a minimum number of participants to run. If the minimum number is not met and the workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organisers or the gallery, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a new date.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
