Session Guidelines & Expectations:
All one-on-one sessions offered through My Inner Palette are intuitive in nature. While we honour your requested focus areas, guidance may naturally expand into other aspects that arise during the session.
All insights are shared with the intention of being supportive, empowering, and aligned with your personal growth, though they may not always align exactly with expectations.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
You are open to receiving intuitive guidance, understanding that insights may come in ways you did not initially anticipate.
Sessions are not limited to only positive or affirming messages. All guidance shared is intended to support your growth, self-awareness, and personal development, and is offered with care and respect.
You are responsible for how you choose to receive, interpret, and integrate the information shared during your session.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if we feel the service is not the right fit or if boundaries are not respected.
These sessions are intended for personal insight and guidance only and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health support.
This work is best suited for individuals who are open to receiving intuitive guidance with trust, self-responsibility, and flexibility.
Session Timing & Late Arrivals:
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the original scheduled time.
For healing sessions, I will wait up to 10 minutes for your arrival. If you do not arrive within that time, the session will still be performed as a distance quantum healing session.
Additional time is not guaranteed and is offered at My Inner Palette’s discretion.
If a session needs to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, I may, at my discretion, offer an alternative time for rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy:
All payments are final. If you are unsure whether this service is right for you, we encourage you to reach out before booking and paying for a session.
Cancellations are not accepted. However, if you have purchased a ticket for a workshop or a one-on-one session, you have the option to transfer it to another person of your choice. For workshops, the transferred ticket will be valid for the same date as the original workshop. In the case of a one-on-one session, the session can be rescheduled, either for an in-person meeting or an online session, based on the location preferences of the individual receiving the transfer.
In relation to physical products, some of our products are made to order and processed usually within hours. Once production has begun, we are unable to process cancellations.

Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

Wellness and Educational Services Disclaimer:
All services provided by My Inner Palette are designed exclusively for the promotion of well-being and educational purposes. These services are not intended to diagnose, prevent disease, treat illnesses, heal, or cure any medical conditions.
At My Inner Palette, our primary focus is on your holistic well-being and education, empowering you to make informed decisions about your health and lifestyle. Please be mindful that our services are complementary to, and not a replacement for, the guidance and assistance offered by your healthcare provider, or any other field specialist.
Conditions of Use and Waiver:
1. My Inner Palette is not responsible for the truth, accuracy, completeness, safety, timeliness, quality, appropriateness, legality or applicability of anything said or written during any One-on-one sessions or through the Services in general. The Customer will not hold My Inner Palette responsible for the acts or omissions within a reading.
2. My Inner Palette will not, under any circumstances, be liable to a Customer or any other person for any special, incidental, consequential, or other damages, including reliance by any person on information obtained through the Site, virus transmission, or deletion or loss of files or e-mail, loss of data or information of any kind, loss of profit, or liability to third parties, however caused, whether by the act or negligence of My Inner Palette or otherwise.
3. Under New Zealand, law, all energy healing or auric field readings are for 'entertainment purposes only' and are considered as 'guidance only' whether through online, or via a face to face in person reading.
4. By engaging the services of My Inner Palette, you are doing so at your own risk and on the understanding that this service is for entertainment and guidance only.
5. The insights given within the one-on-one sessions at My Inner Palette, are not intended to replace professional advice from a lawyer, doctor, counsellor, accountant or ANY other professional person(s) or organisation.
6. Please seek independent professional advice for your financial, legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric or any other problem which requires a consultation from a professionally qualified person.
7. The owner of My Inner Palette is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from using this service.
8. My Inner Palette owner will not be liable for any damages, loss or injury that accompany or result from your use of this service.
9. Permission to publish details of the reading is never granted for reasons of privacy and commercial sensitivity.
10. Clients are not permitted to publish the spoken or written contents or the audio or video or taped recording of a reading given by My Inner Palette, in any forum, in any medium, anywhere, either in private or in public, in whole or in part, to a third party or a publication of any kind, including all forms of social media.
11. You are not permitted to upload any recording of a session performed by anyone working for My Inner Palette, to the internet.
12. All readings and the contents of all readings are confidential and between My Inner Palette, and the client.
13. The content or material or discussion or reading or anything discussed during the reading or subsequent discussion about the reading or prior to the reading, are not permitted to be published in part or in whole, or in any way, shape or form to a third party or publication.
14. Publication of any part or the whole of a reading, is not permitted, unless permission is granted in writing prior to the reading or publication of the reading, by the management and owner of My Inner Palette.
15. This permission must be given prior to publication to a third party or prior to publication either in print, video clip, audio file, internet publication, newspaper, magazine, book, on public social media, television or any other form of publication.
