I am Ingrid, from My Inner Palette. This space is designed to hold and support everyone's individuality and growth, providing a nurturing environment for exploring their Inner Palette.

In my perspective, each of us possesses a unique Inner Palette often left unexpressed in society due to feelings of fear, guilt, or other low-vibrational emotions. When I mention someone's Inner Palette, I am referring to their soul's imprint on their human body.

From a young age, many of us have been conditioned to adhere to specific sets of rules, influenced by our culture and family upbringing. These rules are intended to guide us through family and societal interactions. The belief is that failing to meet these rules might lead to being 'outcast' from our clan, and metaphorically, a sense of 'death' could arise. This death isn't necessarily physical; rather, it signifies losing everything familiar, everything that brings comfort, and stepping into the unknown, which can be quite intimidating. Consequently, we often settle, accepting these rules and sometimes living a life that conforms to someone else's desires, values, or societal expectations to maintain harmony.

For many, this involves stowing away their dreams, values, wants, and happiness in a box, which may or may not be revisited.

How does this tendency to store away vital aspects of oneself manifest in daily life?

  • Unfulfilling Work:

    • Engaging in a job that doesn't resonate with your true passions and values.

    • Feeling a lack of purpose or enthusiasm in your career.

    • Experiencing a sense of monotony and dissatisfaction in your daily work life.
